Web Core is Apple's open source HTML rendering engine, based on the KHTML component from the KDE component:

It is used in Apple's browser Sa Fari , as well as Omni Web from the Omni Group. To keep up-to-date with the develpment, check out Dave Hyatt's blog, Surfin Safari.
