From Ask Felgall:

"A "tooltip" is one name given to the small yellow box that appears when you hover over an object on your screen."

Oftentimes, users will feel compelled to click on a tooltip because it is underlined. You can help out these people with the following:

{{.help { border-bottom: 1px dotted #000; cursor: help; }}}

{{Unit Price}}

This causes an alert box to appear with the tooltip message, while still maintaining tooltips' original hover functionality.
